Healthcare Claims AI Solution (RevAssist.ai): Developed an AI assistant for claims billing specialists, using hybrid RAG architecture with PostgreSQL pgvector, MySQL natural text, and metadata filtering. Implemented query classification with OpenAI, utilizing Chain-of-Thought techniques. Enabled expert/tribal knowledge integration to enhance accuracy. The system is built on WebDigital. AI-powered Web Development: The AI assistant translates user prompts into structured schema plans to be executed in front-end. Fine-tuned model for enhanced performance. Integrated DALL-E for image generation, enabling users to create images with AI. Developed advanced content generation features, including text, styles, animations, and template customization.
Innovative Architecture: Architected a visual version control system inspired by Git, hosted on MySQL with recursive JSON queries and cached with memcached. Emulated standard web development processes visually and enabled visual editing of routers.
Performance Engineering: Used memcached to achieve 20ms commit retrieval time, rendered SPA on the server (SSR) with Preact, and created an efficient component/module loading mechanism with hydration. Achieved 150ms TTFB and perfect Lighthouse score.
Cloud Infrastructure, Scalability & Reliability: Designed AWS-based infrastructure, implementing ECS for load-balanced container orchestration, RDS for database management, and ElastiCache for performance optimization. Built DevOps workflows using CodePipeline and maintained system health with CloudWatch. Used Vite for development and ESBuild for packaging, serving packages with Koa.
E-commerce & Recurring Billing System: Integrated Stripe for seamless payment processing within the platform, managing invoices, subscriptions, and additional services. Created hooks to handle client activation and cancellations.
Sales & Support Infrastructure: Integrated Salesforce into the platform for signups and support tickets. Integrated Jira for special projects. Configured Salesforce to optimize sales and marketing operations, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
SEO & Analytics: Handled SEO on client and server, including schema markup. Developed and managed Google and Facebook ad campaigns, integrating conversion tracking without relying on the heavy JavaScript libraries like Google Tag Manager. Preserved page load performance while effectively capturing new leads. Designed and executed A/B tests for email campaigns.
Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing, sales, and support systems. Partnered with health insurance experts to create a healthcare assistant. Hired and mentored two designers/developers.
