My professional experiences below showcase my ability to bring ideas to life, whether it’s creating MVPs from scratch or launching brand-new projects within established companies. From initial concept to building and leading teams around these initiatives, I have consistently delivered results that drive impact. While these examples highlight my capabilities in professional settings, my personal projects offer an even deeper glimpse into my creativity and passions.
I initially applied for a "programmer" position at HSBC Auto Finance, but my official title was "Senior Business Information Analyst" within the Marketing Research Analytics group. The group's primary mission was to provide research analytics for the company, which involved extensive ad-hoc reporting, data warehouse access, and report creation. A significant project I contributed to was the segmentation initiative, where the company recognized that auto dealers in their network required tailored approaches. This led to the development of a dealer segmentation system, which eventually evolved into a comprehensive dealer management system, similar to a CRM. The dealer management system was so successful that the company transitioned away from Salesforce in favor of this new system. During my tenure at HSBC, I received both the Gazelle and Excellence awards for my contributions. Unfortunately, HSBC decided to exit the U.S. auto finance market. However, I was fortunate to secure a new position before the company’s closure.
